Eggs in a Cloud

Happy Sunday funday guys!

This morning I decided to try something a little different for breakfast. I found this awesome recipe on Buzzfeed Tasty the other day while scrolling through Facebook and thought it would be awesome to try and recreate 🙂 It tasted amazing and it was surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients :

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • couples dashes of Adobo seasoning
  • any kind of toast (I used cinnamon swirl bread to add a little sweetness)

Directions :

Preheat oven to 350°

Separate egg yolks from the egg whites and DO NOT break the yolks

Whip egg yolks until peaks form

Gently fold in parmesan cheese and chives

Spoon onto sheet pan with parchment paper desired size and form a hole in the middle of each

Bake for about 5 minutes

With water bottle, suck up egg yolk and put in the middle of each of the “clouds” that were baked

Bake for another 5 minutes (fi you don’t like the eggs runny, bake for about 7-9 minutes instead of 5)

××× To serve, place on top of buttered toast
