Baked Banana Chips

Ingredients :

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 200°
  2. Cover a sheet pan with foil and lightly cover with cooking spray
  3. Cut bananas thinly and toss in lemon juice
  4. Arrange on baking sheet in single layer
  5. Bake for 2 hours, flip to other side and bake for another 1.5 hours
  6. Remove from oven and allow them to cook completely before eating 😋
