4 Ingredient Orange Chicken


It’s officially one month until the hubby and I’s BIGGGG day!!!! 💍

With that being said, we are really cutting the carbs and sugars throughout the day, but also with everything going on, I am trying to make the dinners we come home to easy and fresh!

This 4 ingredient orange chicken really did wonders for the wallet and the diet especially considering when we got home from the gym, it was all done and ready to go 🙃🙃🙃


Ingredients :

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce (I loveeeeeeeee Sweet Baby Ray’s, but any will do)
  • 1/3 cup sweet orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions :

  1.  Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in the crock pot for on LOW for 2 hours
  2.  Drain the chicken, and add the BBQ sauce, sweet orange marmalade and the soy sauce and cook for another 1½ hours
  3.  ***Cook quinoa or rice or whatever side you want according to package directions***
  4.  Serve over quinoa or rice with a garnish of chopped green onions 🍛
